how do i turn off friends achievements
I honestly just want to have news of updates for my games in my library and not my friends achievements, i don't even know half these guys and just friended them

You only need that to remove your activity feed for your friends.

Yes it will include removing those as well, everything that in the activity will be removed.

Community content will remain, you can hide those by your Steam library settings. Steam > Settings > Library, and check the box for disable community content, you will have the button to click on to bring up the community content if you wanted, but it will hit community content by default while the "disable community content" is enable.
