Someone changed my email steam, password and remove phone number

it was started that someone that is my steam friend told me that he was mistake reported and if I don't want to banned I have contacted this guy name BULAOS (steam friend claim that he is admin) to confirm that I'm not doing wrong.

So I contact this guy and he want steam code message that send to my phone
and then he changed platform to conversation to Discord

After that, he want to know my balance my bank acc and want to guide by call me
but I didn't accept his call and go google to search "steam mistake reported"
and I found that it's a trick to steal my steam account and money in bank acc.

but it's too late. he change my steam's email, password and remove the phone number.

I want to Proof of Ownership with my Visa Card but I can not open steam ticket, I don't know why

You can do the no options, it's not literally worded that way but you just choose all the options that imply you can't do it and it should take you to the support form.

You can also utilize this...

May I ask a stupid question.... where can I input the e-mail.....
I didn't see the box that can input email.

click the button "My Steam Account was stolen and I need help recovering it"
scroll down and click "Change my password"
Enter your email address
And choose the option that indicates you can't provide to each item that pops up
You should be at the form where you can explain the situation to Steam Support

Report the account that received your items and move on.

As for all your items, you need to read the Steam Item Restoration Policy .

Now he has my account changed everything and even the my account got stolen thing doesnt work anymore... anyone have any ideas what i can do, because he is asking me to pay him 50 euros to verify my game purchases.

Follow the steps above using the account recovery process. you DO NOT need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the hijacked account for this to work. Just pick the "I do not have access..." or similar an option when asked.

Well i made a ticket with proof and stating what happened, now im just hoping ill get my account back
