Assistance Required: Guides Are Surprisingly Not Friendly With Me

I didn't know whether to put this in help and tips or new to steam because I honestly don't know if I'm stupid or steam's stupid. I've been attempting to post several guides recently, and not a single one uploads. Every time I finish writing the guide and select what language it's in, get the picture, title, check off that I'm the owner and all that stuff, I go to save and continue, only to be met with this message every single time:

Error: Sorry! An error was encountered while processing your request: You have already uploaded that file.

I don't know if it's talking about the guide or the image that I use, but I can tell you that I have never made and published a single guide in my life and every image I use for my guides is an image I created specifically for the guide. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if it really is steam's fault. If someone could assist and clear up what's going on, I'd appreciate that so so so very much, I really want to get one or two of my guides published for others to use for help for games and other things. Thank you in advance!

Alrighty, so, I go to make a guide, give it a title, upload the image for the preview of it, and make a quick one or two sentence description for it so people see it before they click it, check off what points it's for, check off the language, and check off that I am the owner of the guide. I then click save and continue and that's where the error comes in. I've yet to actually put in the guide itself, I have the whole topic and guide saved on other files for when I figure out what's wrong. You think it might be something with checking off the boxes or maybe something else, because I'm outta ideas for what could be happening to be completely honest.

welp, that was my thought process at any rate, not the end solution yet, but by going step by step to find the exact issue. Glad you figured it out.

I've stumbled upon this too. Playing with boxes/text/images doesn't seem to help.
Maybe there's some list somewhere of all things that can cause this? That would come in handy rn...
