Can I only broadcast for one friend?
There is this option that my friends are able to ask if they are allowed to watch me playing. Is it possible to just allow my best friend to watch me and the others can't watch anymore? Or is it like my best friend asked if he could join and I allow him that and all the other ones can just follow after him without asking me?

You could change the settings to "Request" so that everyone would either need to request to watch, or to be invited by you.

Thank you! So I could accept just one person and reject the others? And do you know how to accept or reject the request?

A chat window will open with the request. You can either tab out of the game or use the Steam overlay.
