Remove a RECENTLY PLAYED game on your profile.
Alright, I bet this has been posted dozens of times before. But I would like to hide a specific game completely from my profile. Like I've never played it before. Is there a way to do that?
Lets say a FREE game.

I already know that you can set your profile to private so nobody can see ALL of your games that you've played.
And I know you can go invisible when you PLAY a game. But I am wondering if you can remove your play time on a game entirely on Steam so I can set my profile to be un-private?

I've already done the: “OK, remove the listed games from my account permanently.”
I also uninstalled the game and made it hidden. Will it show for other users?

When I check my profile when it's private it still shows the hours I've played on a game. Is there a way to remove this?

Look at my profile... it's not private but you can't see my hours played in anything... you can't see the hours played on yours either.

Edit: except for games you've reviewed obviously.

Nope sorry. Best you can do is hide your games by visit your profile privacy setting, or can hide played time on games, while keeping your games friends, only, or public.

Things that shows in your recent list remains for two weeks. Games for recently played on profile page, only disable two - three games at a time, but the recent page will list all the games you been playing in the last two weeks.

If you're self-conscious of what others think, don't let it bother you, and shouldn't matter what you play, or have played before, and doesn't matter to them at all what you want to do either, just be yourself.

No, you can't remove playtime.

You can disable showing game details, which includes playtime -- for all games. And you're not seeing achievements listed in your own Activity either, if that matters for you.
