Can't login to Steam store & community through client

For the past week or so I haven't been able to log in to steam store via the steam client.
Just get an error saying "There was an error communicating with the Steam servers. Please try again later."

To be clear, I can log into the steam client and play my games like usual. Just the store and community services that are unavailable.

I can log in through my browser, but in the steam client I can't log in. This wouldn't be a problem if it didn't prevent things like in-game purchases etc.
I haven't reinstalled the steam client yet, but I've tried just about anything else I can think of. Anyone have any suggestions here?

Edit: Yes, I have tried turning off my AV and firewall, didin't help.

- Ensure you're entering in your login name, and password correctly, don't just copy, and paste.
- Ensure your device's has the correct time if not sure sync with the internet for your clock on your device's, if using Steam mobile app for 2FA, ensure that is also has the correct time.
- Ensure you don't have anything interfering with the client, like AVG, or etc apps that scans, or hooks into the Steam client.

I am having the exact same problem for weeks. Still couldn't fix it..
Have tried to uninstall and reinstall Steam Client, but it's the same. I am wondering is this something with OS X Big Sur?

SOLUTION:
Go to Steam in the upper left corner - Go offline, then, Go online putting your credentials again!

Having this problem in 2025, none of the solution help but the reinstall (barely, actually i don't even know if that work, it just randomly decide to work).

Even then the problem came back every time i restart the PC.
