How can I get someone to listen on my refund request!
Hello there,

Yesterday I bought Rainbow 6 seige for a total of 9.89€ but I get max 40fps and for me that is unplayble. I downloaded this game 3 years ago on a free weekend trial from another system which I am sure that I played for 3 hours or more. As i mentioned I bought the game yesterday and in my current system is not good, I asked for refund but I keep getting filtered on that 2 hours refund policy. I did not play the game for more than 30minutes since I bought it because I just can't stand that performancee.. Here is the image confirming that I got the game 3 years ago on a free weekend trial. I hope someone can help me. Thank you have a nice day..

Keep in mind time played in the past during free weekends DOES count as playtime. It's in the refund description.

The automated system looks for 2 things only, time owned and time played.

Manual ticket is necessary.

Find the purchase... https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithPurchase

Choose "I still have a question..."

Explain the entire issue carefully.

"Hope" for approval but don't be surprised if you are denied again.
