CAN ANYONE HELP ME?
Why is my purchase pending even that my bank account already charged me?
I already search a lot through the internet and a lot of them cancel the transaction and repurchase the game?
What should i do? If i cancel the transaction in steam, will my money be refund? Or what should i do guys?

If the Steam didn't send the confirmations back to the bank, the trade will expired and money will go back to the bank, it just the bank will always charge you first so they can pay the corp

But one of the thing is, if you pay via third-party corps, like Paypal or Skrill, sometime the money will stuck in them and bank will consider the transaction's successful since the third-party transaction is indeed successful, if it's in the case guess you can try to login and check it then

Also, if you think it took too long, you can call your bank and ask about it, if the issue is not on their side, you can also make a Steam ticket then, usually won't head to the process though, I don't know how long is the expire time though, could be 10 minutes, could be 1 hour

You press purchase.
Valve tells their bank to tell your bank to initiate a transfer from your account to their account.
Your bank places a hold on that amount on your account, making it look like you're already charged (this is the stage you're in).
Now, your bank transfers the money from your account to their transfer account, from that transfer account to Valve's bank transfer account, and from that account to Valve's account. This takes a few days, but Valve gets a confirmation if the process is started. This didn't happen (yet), which is why your purchase pending.

If Valve never gets the confirmation or the money, the pending will default to failed, your bank will release the hold, and the money will be back in your account.
If Valve does receive either, the pending will switch to success, you get the game, Valve gets the money.

There's nothing you need to do, don't buy the game again until it's failed, because you might be buying it twice, or thrice, or even more times as some impatient customers discovered to their dismay. Just wait it out till it's succeeded or failed.

I already ask the bank and they said the transaction is successful. And they tell me to contact the steam.

Anyway thankyou

I already buy the game at 12:50 and at 14:08 i tried to buy it to gift to my friends. And that transaction went pending.

I think i should wait a bit longer.
Thanks
