how to remove Dedicated Server, Benchmark Tools, SDK and many others

Hello everyone, I have joined Steam from 2012 or 2013 but I barely used, since I've got new PC I started to install it again, however I noticed something strange that in my library, there are tons of unknown apps such as Alien Swarm - SDK, Alien Swarm Dedicated Server, Biohazard 6 benchmark tools and the other 90 unknown apps, I would like to remove it permanently from my account, because I never installed it in the first place! I know I could just hide it but it is annoying since they are too many, I want to remove it from my account completely for good, however I couldn't find it. please help (I want to upload the picture but the feature doesnt exist)

Can it be removed permanently instead untick it? I did untick too but seeing a lot of unwanted and unknown apps that I never installed it, really bothers me. I am sorry
