I'm locKed out of my account by steam mobile authenticator

so I forgot my password, i'm logged out of my steam app and i'm logged out of my client, trying to recover password will send me on a loop of epic proportions where the site sends me to the app and the app tells me to login BUT I DONT ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ REMEBER THE PASSWORD
so I try to login on app to just see what happens, all of a sudden the app tells me the authenticator is disabled and I need to use a different method to recover my password, now I'm going "cool I can go on the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ client on my pc and reset it with email because according to the app the authenticator is disabled even though the steam app has the guard codes when you actually enter the password correctly, cant use em cause wait what I forgot passord

I CANT ACCESS CONFORMATIONS BECAUSE IM LOGGED OUT

I never wanted this and steam required it to be added so I can sell items on the marKet

why do I need this exactly and how can I get rid of it asap before I bust a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ vein in my forehead ty.

Don't clear the cache for the app.

Even if you're logout which I assume you're using the updated version for Android / IOS, and not using the oldest possible version, you will still see the Steam code while logout, but again if you clear the Data on the app, it wipes everything for that app, which apply to any app, even google 2fa, so don't clear the data on them period, force stop, won't affect the data.

If you don't remember your own password, then I highly suggest get a password manager, or even get a book to write it down, as well I hope you have written down your recovery codes as well, instead of never doing it, and slapping yourself after something happens.

Also pro tip, if you can't remember login, or ways to recovery login, you face the same issue everywhere that doesn't rely on sms text, or phone calling. Which is something you're suppose to know your own login details, as well know how to recovery your stuff, but clearly you have learn that today, and hopefully you learn to not be lazy, and not assume people going to babysit you for your own responsibilities.

phone calling or email to reset are fine of me, I don't usually forget passwords, it just happens that I had to replace it because of the steam mobile authenticator in the first place.

also I didn't asK for anyone to baby sit me , and I'm not a baby, don't maKe assumptions please, I didn't asK you to comment on the aspects of my personally, so relax.
