So im having this problem wuth my game that when i try to rate an item it says that i dont have the privileges and so on... umm its also saying that i should make sure that i have the game which i do. So any help is apriciared :)

Which game, and by chance do you have a UGC ban?

You can normally find details about UGC bans via E-mail.

I don´t have a UGC ban, and the game is Garry´s Mod

Wherever you're logged in and trying to rate up a workshop item, ensure that it's on this EXACT account.

I can see that you clearly own GMOD and that your account is not limited.

Those are the two main reasons why you get the error.
