Low FPS in OBS stream but High FPS in games and in AMD Relive
Hi, I'm having trouble setting up my OBS Studio for streaming. The video 'skips' frames and when I check the fps of the video it is locked in 24fps. I tried to stream using AMD Relive and it works ok and outputs smoothly. I recently reformatted my PC and OBS works good before I reformatted. Can you please help me? Thanks.

do you know how to adjust fps, bitrate, resolution in obs?
what connection = upload do you have?
depending on the game you want to stream an i7-3770 might be too weak but you could try to encode via gpu if that is the case...
(no clue how amd relive works)

10mbps down/ 5mbps up.
OBS stream works fine before I reformatted.

that it did work before does not help if you do not tell on which settings you try to stream...

video locked on 24 fps? so you are not able to adjust settings in obs to set it to lets say 60 fps output or are you talking about your live stream?

ReLive uses hardware accelerated video encoding by default. Use the same thing in OBS and you'll see the same result.
