All of those games except HOI4 got system requirements below the GeForce 100 series, and you're talking 1000 series here. He'll have no problems.
Oh okay, thanks !
Well a little bit of lag wouldn't bother I'm used to it haha but I hope it won't be TOO LAGGY
But adding gpu later on like rx 570 / 580 will improve gameplay at 60 fps and more....or I should get another cpu too
Your cpu is fine enough for older games , and some recent ones.
Under 200€ ( around 170€) rx 580 would be a good deal.
you choosed 2200g for price combo: integrated graphics + cpu.
I guess you are not looking for a 2080 ti + new high end cpu lol
yes off course you will be sometime cpu limited in certain games.
But final end, rx 570 / 580 is way better than integrated graphics.
it's a massive improvment fps wise.
A french article is saying there would be a price drop for rx 580:
179.90 €, rx580
259.90 € rx 590
https://www.cowcotland.com/news/66575/maj-vers-une-nouvelle-baisse-de-prix-des-amd-radeon-rx-580-et-rx-590-a-199-et-229-dollars.html
Just for story:
I have a 4670k oc at 4.2ghz. and rx 570 ( 1400mhz core, 1900mhz memory timing 1)
Watch dogs 2 work fine at high preset.
it need more cores + good frequency / ipc for ultra settings.
4.4 ghz doesn't help much with rx 570 at ultra preset + high resolution texture pack.
If gtx 1070 or 1080 was at 250 € price ofr sure i would have not bought a rx 570.
But i had no choice.
Watch dogs 2 is still not totally stable enough with a gtx 1070, so no regreat.
Rx 570 1920p run witcher 3 max settings, just cause 3 and most games like this.
In far cry 5, my rx 570 is cpu limited.
At max setting without aa, i got 60 fps just by oc @ 4.2ghz no drop under 59 fps in benchmark.
creed origin rx 570 is a bit cpu limited, but max settings, would work fine enough.
Creed odyssey: mostly gpu limited, cpu limited min fps not stable, so 4.2ghz oc on 4670k helped a lot to fix stuttering.
Mafia 2 la noire gta 5 mp work nice with rx 570 and 4670k combo stock speed.
Hmm interesting...
Well I'm not going to play new AAA games rn just csgo, fm18-19 and paradox games until I get gpu.
Next week I'll get rtx 2080 ti + AMD Threadripper 2990WX + 32gb of ram 3200mhz and water cooling after I sell my kidneys ! Lol
Anyway thanks for info :D
Hey again,
I had a 5570 gddr5.
i got for 80€ a 7870,
It was a good upgrade, 7870 was a nice gpu,
Then this year i had the oportunity to get a rx 570 pulse at 170€ ( way more than what i wanted to put for pc parts)
Creed origin was unplayable with hd7870, there was pauses every two seconds.
( i got this game from laptop bundle my mother gave to me ^^)
It is a breath to play with a rx 570.
Rx 580 in few months would drop to 180€ and it would be a better choice. ( not having to oc cpu core and memory to reach almost 580 performance.)
I dunno about rx 590 @ 260 €
gtx 10xx series is not found at this price (thinking about gtx 1060) not used.
gtx 1660 ti 1070 and up are interesting cards, so there is amd rx vega, 2xxx serie from nvidia...
But all depend of a given budgect.
Hey again lol
I used to love intel and nvidia, my second laptop had i7 and gt630m 2gb vram and 4gb of ram.
It wasn't something great but I could play some games without stuttering even new ones but that was rare.
When my laptop died in 2017 I was looking for desktop pc, with intel and nvidia on it but it was expensive asf...
Even budget pc with intel/nvidia was expensive to get.....so I'm glad AMD released Ryzen series that are easy for upgrade because of AM4 socket and they are price friendly ohh and as I saw on youtube, amd ryzen/vega beats intel hd graphics ( just couldn't find paradox games (( that's why I opened this discussion to see how much fps I'll get )) )
So yea two years to get back into gaming was too much to wait for, that's why I chose AMD this time.
Anyway I was curious... wouldn't rx 580 bottleneck cpu ???
Thanks :D

With two tabs opened, i can compare fps.
You just have to switch cpu on the second tab to see increase in performance by swaping cpu.
One benchmark with gtx 1080ti used:
If you hover your mouse over your cpu or another one,
You see percent increase in performance instead of fps.
