How to Deal with Missing DLC?

Hey guys, I just downloaded a DLC for Total War: Warhammer, and when I load the DLC I just get the vanilla game.

I've tried the support through the company (directed there by Steam), to no avail.

I've also tried to request a refund for it, but was told I could not refund the whole game (only asked for DLC refund).

I went to post in the game forum to ask for support or see what others have experienced, but only moderators are allowed to post in that forum!

Steam rejected my refund. So I have no DLC and no $, and no way that I know of to pursue this further. Please help!

Hi, many DLC are activated when playing the main game to completion then then expansion is offered.
Do you see the DLC in your games library on the side where Warhammer is?

Restart Steam, then launch game.

Most DLC will show in account, but not in game until you restart Steam.
