How to unlink rockstar social club account from Steam?

Hi guys, my brother created a new RSC account when I first got the game without consulting me, I have another RSC account with a high level account. Tried linking it but it wont work, it keeps going to the one my bro created. How can I unlink this lvl 1 gta account and add my account with experience?

For Steam Accounts
Please submit a support request to disconnect your Steam account from your Social Club account with the following information. 
The nickname for the Social Club account you want unlinked
The Steam ID64 for the Steam account you want unlinked
This can be found using:

http://steamid.co
A screenshot showing that your profile logged into Steam with your Steam name clearly visible on the screen.
Please note that the entitlements are tied to the Social Club account that is used to first sign into the game and cannot be moved from one account to another.

Blame Rockstar, not Steam. This is 100% on them.

Sign in to Steam.
Under View > Settings > Interface select 'Display Steam URL address bar when available'
Select OK.
Under your Profile Name select Profile.
Select Edit Profile in the top-right.
Clear any Custom URL settings from your profile.
Select Save Changes.

You can no longer clear your custom URL. And your Community ID# is on your account details page now anyways so, that is all unnecessary.
