Slow Download Speed
I've been having this issue with Steam for almost a week now. My usual download speed is about 10-20mb/s. But recently it has dropped down to 100KB/s or even less. And it's just Steam by the looks of it. In Origin, UPlay or UTorrent I still have my 10mb/s download speed. I have tried changing the servers, clearing the download cache, reinstalling Steam, changing the Steam Library directory, but none of this worked. Do you guys know how I can fix this?

me too currently solved by stopping download > closing epic launcher > unpause download and Yayyy mb/s are rolling back in hmm

Didn't have epic launcher open.... but Origin.
Closed Origin, back to full speed.

metanse al Parametros Luego descargas y en el ancho de banda escojan 2 o 3 o 5 Mega pendientes de su velocidad.

THE PROBLEM SOLUTION IS THAT THE STEAM DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE BANDWIDTH AND ALTERS IT AUTOMATICALLY TO 0kbs.
Go to the Parameters Then download and at the bandwidth limit choose 2 or 3 or 5 Mega slopes of your speed.
