How many times can you refund?
I want to try out 4 games, see if they are to my liking. So far I have refunded 2 games within 5 days. Will Steam allow me any more refunds?

Support will let you know if they think you are abusing the refund system by demoing games if you refund too many too fast.

I would refrain from doing that as they can revoke your right to refunds.

Theoretically you can refund as many games as you wish.

But doing it frequently in a short period of time can get you blacklisted by Steam support so they won't let you do anymore refunds.

The best thing to do is contact Customer Support, explain what you're doing, and ask for advice on how they prefer things are done.

They will tell you to think carefully about your purchasing decisions and they will not tell you how much is too much.

Asking support is pointless when the OP is clearly trying out games to demo them and that is abuse.

Sounds like you are using the refundsystem for demoing games and that is something steamsupport will notice and warn you not to do, if you continue after the warnings, they might remove your ability to request refunds.

Hotsauce...

So the way I read it, is that if someone is unsure, they should contact Steam. And because that's what Customer Support is for....they shouldn't mind.....especially if someone is trying to do the right thing. After all......Caveat Emptor, right?

I dunno.....just my 2 cents.

We've already seen the countless threads users made about receiving the 1st and 2nd warning on the forums. We have even seen users complaining about them no longer being able to refund because they didn't heed those warnings.

Bugging support when the answers are already out there is a waste of everyone's time.

He is not "trying to do the right thing" as he is already abusing the system to demo games.
