I am innocent, but I am considered a scammer who has been banned from trading.
I am a csgo player from China . 2019 On February 21, on my birthday, I received a ban on steam trading. The reason may be that I received a batch of stolen jewelry, and steam thought that I was cheating. I wrote four letters to the steam customer service, providing all the transaction credentials, ID card and student status. Steam customer service banned my right to seek help until March 29, 2019. As we all know, csgo now has a seven-day trading cooldown, which is a new update in 2018, which was launched by Valve to prevent csgo scams. This means that the stolen jewelry was received by me after seven days in the stock of the liar, and then my inventory was blocked by the transaction. I was also a victim but was considered a fraudster. I landed my trumpet today, I found that my trumpet was also banned by the transaction, is this because the same mobile phone number is bound? I would like to ask you these customer service, the fraudulent jewelry stayed in the liar inventory for seven days, I think that there is no problem, only to accept their things, I did not know in advance, there is a date on the transfer record. For me, unsuspecting victims are treated like fraudsters. You can delete the items in my inventory and release my account transaction ban. Although the $2,000 inventory means 10 months of living expenses for me, but because there is an AWP sent by my girlfriend, so you I can think of the deletion of black goods. I don't expect you to return the items I paid for. I only hope that you can delete the items and release the account transaction ban. After I have provided all the information, if you still don't trust me, you are not willing to lift the account transaction ban. You simply don't know how difficult it is for a game player to play a steam game in China. We are faced with a 405 firewall blockade and use the VPN to get on the steam platform. How can i do?

I have shown all the corresponding transaction records to the steam customer service.

I received black goods without my knowledge, which led to the ban on my account.

It’s too bad for a forum to upload images.

I only ask them to delete the items that they think are fraudulent and then lift my account ban. By the way, these are the money I bought from others, and the transaction records are also sent to the steam customer service. but..they never cared about me.They only think that they are always right.

Then that is the reason for your ban, and it will not be removed.

Just receiving stolen goods won't get you banned. Assisting in laundering items and/or money will get you banned.
Spamming support will only get you banned there as well. Something you've already discovered.
The decision is final.

By the way, all accounts sharing one phone number are seen as one identity regarding violations of the Steam Subscriber Agreement. Trade scams are one of those. You were warned every single time you added that phone number to an account.

What you said is quite right, that is, if you receive one or two stolen goods, you will not be blocked by the transaction.

I mean I packed the entire inventory of others. But I didn't know beforehand that it was a booty. The price is 90% of the market price.
In my earlier judgment, I thought that the item had been cooled in the other party's inventory for seven days, proving that the source of the item was no problem.

Yep.They also told me this way. But isn’t I a victim in this matter? If I belong to a fraudster, I will not send my student status, ID card and personal information to the steam customer service. I will accept the removal of the items identified as stolen goods in the inventory, and I accept that I am willing to bear the loss of the amount on these items. There are still some items in my inventory that my girlfriend sent.

That would be called collateral damage. You associated yourself with scammers that most likely hijacked accounts and used you to dump their stuff. You even paid them for their deeds. Which makes you look even more guilty, if that were possible.

Yes, you kinda are a victim, but you are not innocent.

I understand what you mean, Yep, In part, it is because of the result of the purchase of something you like at a slightly cheaper price. This also led me to use the account that has been used for nearly five years to be blocked by the transaction.
But I really don’t have any relationship with them.
If there is anything wrong with the transaction that led me to be cheated, then I accept it. However, it is unacceptable for the transaction to be banned by a fraudster or associate.

If it would have been a single transaction, then yes. But it requires multiple transactions for a permanent ban. Those are not given that easily.

Then I think I was also deceived by the fraudster. He said that his inventory was scattered. He used a total of 5 accounts to trade me. I think this may be the reason why I was blocked by the transaction.

I mean, I was unlucky when I encountered this incident. I only asked steam to delete the stolen goods in my inventory, and then lifted my trading ban.

Earlier, I just took a fancy to the business opportunities inside, hoping to earn some college living expenses through the steam trading system.:steamsad:

Most likely five highjacked accounts. What do you think Valve must be thinking when they see five highjacked accounts, all of them trading their stuff to YOUR account? Would look more than just suspicious to me.
