Limited to 20MB/S on Downloads - Screenshots

I'll begin with I am using a wired connection, no other downloads or no other network activity going on when downloading from Steam. I have even tried uninstalling Steam and still not helping. Tried several regions, made sure my download rate is set to No Limit. I have no issue downloading from Origin at close to 110mb/s and other services.(125mb/s = Gigabit) I have Gigabit internet service.
I have screenshots but I don't see a way to upload them here. Are there any tips outside of the norm? I feel like I should be able to download these games much faster when I buy them.

Hey I have the same problem for days now...I don't know what's going on..I've tried everything and steam still continues this terrible downloading...Commenting here to get any updates.

Unfortunately that did not resolve the issue, in fact it decreased my speed.

Yeah, I'm not even on Windows. A lot of people have been having this problem recently, which makes me doubt it's any particular user's settings causing the issue, unless Steam is conflicting with something very common like a Firefox update. I heard that suggested in one of the other threads, but they fix they recommended didn't work.

One thing that worked temporarily for me was to, while there is a slow download running, disconnect from wifi, then reconnect after the download automatically pauses, and then resume the download, after which it will be at full speed.
