Saints Row the third: The Full Package activated but not in my library

About half a year back I bought a steam-key from {LINK REMOVED}G2A.com containing Saints Row the third: The Full Package. I activated it without problems and was able to play it for a few weeks. One time I got a message that something was wrong with my copy of the game. Stupid me back then did not save the message or did anything to get my game back. After this message, the game disappeared completely from my library and it's like I never owned it seeing as Steam will allow me to buy it straight from the store.

So today, seeing as I still had the key, I attempted to activate it once again. It told me it was a duplicate product code and it gave the option to contact the original owner. Which I found out, you guessed it, was me. Or so the e-mail told me. As you can understand, I do not want to pay again for a copy of a game that I bought once before.

I hope someone can help me, be it a steam-employee or a helpful Steam-user.

That site is known to sell fradulently obtained keys, those keys is revoke at some point, and that is probably what happen to your key.

If that turns out to be the case, take it as a lesson and stay away from dodgy sites like the one you mention in your post.

That was the message that the game was revoked due to the game being acquired through fraud or theft.
The game was never paid for and you paid some third party to give you stolen goods.

you need to talk to the shady website support team. valve does not condone purchases from that site. it is filtered out for a reason.

you have to buy the game from an authorized key retailer.

i suggest you do not purchase from that site anymore.

Thanks for your help guys, I heard something like that before, though seeing as I had success with other purchases I thought it must've been a false accusation.

I will make sure to steer clear of G2A from now on.
