I want a phone number to call Steam Support......Or an email address so I can talk to someone in person not this automated CRAP!!!!! , You shipped my controller 12/2/16 and fed ex left it on the F***KING porch 12/06/16 after I tried to track it and couldnt!!!!! now it is shipped and left on the porch (for anyone to steal) WTF< WTF< WTF>>>>now..according to the fed ex website.
( You need to send me another controller and case and make sure someone signs for the package damn it!!!!) because I dont have anything and I paid for it and I dont have it!!!!!!!!!! And there was no way to get fed ex to get someone to sign for it!!!!! when I ordered it from you because of your automated Crap......!!!!!!!! Just give me an email address or phone number!!!!

Click the purchase of the controller. There will be an option "I have a question about this purchase", it should allow you to open a help ticket.

The options to require signatures for mail delivery is usually a higher cost mailing option for a company and a customer. I've never purchased anything from Steam, but it's rare that a company will take that extra mailing cost on themselves.
