WoTL page not letting me install

i have the binding of isaac and i wanted t install wotl but when i go on the wotl page to either buy it or install it (idk if it's free or not) but all it does is tell me with a purple square that i need the original game (the binding of isaac) but the thing is i have it, so i don't know what to do
