Paypal Transaction Invoice ID and Transaction ID
So i lost my password and i sent steam a request to change it, i also lost my authenticator. They said i had to prove its mine so i tried the paypal one but i dont know where i would get the invoice id or the transaction ID.

Try saving the image as .JPG instead.

There wasnt a JPG, but was JPEG it?

That will do. You can usually select "Any file *.*" and just name it, for example, picture.jpg but for the purposes of this upload it doesn't really matter.
