Paypal Transaction Invoice ID and Transaction ID

So i lost my password and i sent steam a request to change it, i also lost my authenticator. They said i had to prove its mine so i tried the paypal one but i dont know where i would get the invoice id or the transaction ID.

you can its more easy it let you select the area which you want to screenshot,

This might be my last question but when i reply them do i just use the screenshot atatched to the reply or do i need to add something extra

first attach the screenshot but make sure it contain all details same as shown in example.
+they can still ask you for more proof if paypal is not enough.

So i snipped the photo out and i want to attatch it to the reply. Nothing happens. Can i get help?

What size/file format is the image? Try to keep it under 1 megabyte and either .JPG or .PNG for the format.

The size is 663 X 566 and 27.5 kb

That should be fine. It may be related to the avatar upload issue. Best I can suggest then is to add a message to the ticket explaining uploads aren't working, and ask if you can upload to a third-party web site like Imgur.

You would have been asked to choose the file extension when saving. Depending on your Windows settings, it may show the file extension at the end of the filename, e.g. picture.jpg or picture.bmp

If not, you can right-click and choose "Properties" to see information about the file.
