Report a translation problem
The display aspect is directly related to your GPU and drivers version.
You cannot switch drivers if the drivers donot support.
Running the graphics on the Intel onboard intel HD graphics may be the problem.

Could you contact Intel or use the Intel tool on your computer to scan for driver updates.

Open your run>type in dxdiag press enter

AFAIK some games require a dedicated GPU. This is not one as it does not list that in the recommendations, since you say it happens to others games.
