need help while sending gifts on steam

i live in India and trying to send game as gift to preson living in U.S.A. and it gives me error says
: DUE TO REGIONAL PRICE DIFFERENCE , THE GIFT U TRYING TO SEND CANNOT BE SENT TO RECIPIENT'S REGION. please help

You'll have to send them a digital gift card. You can't send gifts to countries who's Steam store has a 10% or more price difference to yours.

If the price difference between the 2 regions is more than 10% after currency conversion, you can not gift it. The original regional restrictions still apply, if the game has them.

If that is the case, send one of these using external funds only...

You can't use your Steam wallet to purchase the digital cards.
