Can I delete Source SDK Base 2007 out of my steam library

Ok so I just downloaded black mesa for free in the website of chrome and when I finished download I think I don't want to play this game anymore because this game is doesn't make me happy so I try to delete this game but I can't delete it because of SDK Base 2007 do you guy know how to delete this piece of ♥♥♥♥?

Right click Source SDK Base 2007 and uninstall
