Can you start games in offline mode INDIVIDUALLY?
Title^

It's a hassle setting up Steam for offline mode every time I want to play a certain game. Are there any launch options that enables offline mode?

Some games don't need Steam to play.

I know... but not all games can, and those that can't may have some game breaking bugs. For many of them, starting in offline mode can sometimes resolve those bugs.

Steam is designed to confirm the game is updated

You must run the game and make sure it works before starting in offline mode

You're not understanding my question... Is there a way to start, for example: Borderlands 2 in offline mode through Properties/launch options? Or is there any other way to start a specific game in offline mode. I know there are some games that can start without Steam and I know that you must have your game updated to start it in offline mode. But what I don't know, is why you guys are telling me this, your answers has nothing to do with my questions. Sorry, I'm not trying to be an a hole, but it's a bit irritating when I have to constantly reiterate what I just said.

well i mean yea, ether unplug/disconnect your internet or block said game in your windows firewall but why is it such an issue to just boot steam up in offline mode? its the same thing basically, the game wont be connected to the internet unless you're playing a game like far cry 3 or siege where it needs to be connected to the ubi launcher for the game to even start

Because I'd have to unplug the internet (or restart Steam) every time I wanted to play certain games. Not to mention, while in offline mode, I'm not receiving any notifications for messages and all my downloads stop. I feel it's easier if there's a way to isolate offline mode to specific games through launch options.

use your windows firewall then, block the game from using a connection on your network
