PC Help, Computer randomly goes black and restarts while playing games
I've asked here before, but the things I tried didn't do much, so I'll post here again with greater detail and hope that the more information I've provided will help. Sorry once again if I'm posting this in the wrong place.

I have a relatively new computer, so I have no clue as to what is causing this issue. I've checked the things which I'd assume would cause it, but they all seem to be in check. PC sits around 50 degrees celcius, no apparent issues with RAM, power seems fine, but then again I'm in no way a computer expert. So far this only happens while I'm in games. It has occurred in every game I've played at least once, and these games include Team Fortress 2, Subnuatica, Counter Strike Global Offensive and Left for Dead 2. I will provide my PC specs below (or whatever shows up in dxdiag that I think is important, I honestly know very little about how computers actually work). Thanks for the help!

OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
BIOS: 4207
Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon Vega Graphics (4 CPU's), 3.5GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 12
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GT 1030

If there is any other PC info that may be of assistance, please tell me and I'll list that too.

So far, a solid post. Sadly, identifying a restart issue isn't exactly easy as it can be caused by many things.
Overheating one of those. Are those temperatures while idle or under load aka while gaming?
Are there any noteworthy entries in the Windows event log at the time of the restart?
What Power supply does your computer have? Brand and model please.
What mainboard and what RAM do you have?

Ok, so here's what I can find at the moment. I checked in event viewer and found this after a restart. "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." That was under a log described as critical, Event ID 41, Source: Kernel-Power. The other information I can give you now is that my mainboard is a Prime A320M-E, and my RAM is DDR4 RAM 8GB. I'll have a look inside my computer to get the power supply unit details and will list them ASAP. Thanks again for the help :)
If it goes off without bluescreen, only while playing, and restarting on its own, it might be power(-supply)

Ok, just looked, from what I can make out the power supply is a Casecom 550W-12CM power supply (says CC-550W-12CM on the power supply)
You bought it as a whole?
Let them check.

Temperature should not restart immediately, though you could check temps while playing.

I'll check my temperature whilst playing, I'll add further info here regarding anything I find out as soon as I can

Ok, so I went through a help site for fixing event 41 Kernel-power, computer restarted like, as soon as I attempted to make a new game in Subnautica, so I also don't think it's an overheating issue.

Bought or built?

Bought this PC because I needed a new computer (used to play on a laptop which couldn't run anything above 20fps.) Pretty upsetting that this is happening now, especially since it's a new computer and you'd expect something that's built and sold to not have problems, at least when it's brand new.

My guess would be a faulty power supply. If your PC is still under guarantee, I would suggest to make the seller look at the whole hardware to find the problem.

It's a common mistake. Being brand new, unfortunatly, doesn't prevent some component to have issues.
If you bought it pre-built, let the seller check it.
Its not working right.

Ok, thanks a ton to all of you, you've all been exceptionally helpful. I'll get my PC looked at and that will hopefully be the end of my problems. Thanks again for taking the time to help me out :)
Go to the top of this page and click Help > then click System Information. Copy the log to clipboard and paste here and we can see your PCs hardware configuration the way Steam and games see it. Maybe we can spot something that's unsafe for PC performance.

Is the primary bus pcie 4x? Is that correct?? I always thought it was 16x?? hmm shouldn't cause a shutdown though. But then again I have no experience with a gt1030 so I really couldn't say.

I know one thing's for sure, It's not supposed to be 4x. Your gpu could be in the wrong slot and entering into some power-save state.. and that wouldn't be good.
