As of 4/3/19 all my games on STEAM are sketchy and moving in slow motion. Please help me resolve this issue.

Made sure all your drivers are up to date?

Yep! all up to date. Thank you for responding
What happens if you set the game to windowed, tab out and move the window a little, then going back in the game fullscreen?

If its happening with all games then maybe a Graphics Card setting in the Graphics Card Control Panel.
Resident Evil actually runs in slow motion when the wrong setting is used, usually a high setting does that.
We need to know your PC specs also please.

Which specific games are you attempting to play, and importantly are they all on the same engine?

Have you played any of those games before, without issue? DID YOU PLAY ANY MODS on those?

I only bring this up because I know there's an error with some Source engine games, where a 'slow motion' feature is installed into some mods - and then when you attempt to play another map with that game, it sometimes starts and cannot be changed from, slow motion too.

So I mean, it's very likely either your video drivers, a failing hard drive, or something entirely out of your computer and specific to those games. but without knowing what games in specific all i can do is say the above. :)

Do you have a "live" Antivirus/Antimalware scanner going on? In the settings, exclude the Steam folder.

Here are the only games I currently have installed...Kingdom and Castles, Raven Field, Roblox and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator. These games are all on the same engine and are being played on Windows 10. It's a new computer and I haven't had any issues until April 3rd. I don't know if this issue all started after I purchased "Totally Accurate Simulator" which I purchased on 4/3 or if the problem was already there because I didn't play the other games prior to my purchase. After seeing there was a problem with T.A.B.S I checked out my other games and noticed they are all running slow motion, delayed, and sketchy. I can't even get out of the games once I'm on them.

Please go to the top of the Steam library window and click on HELP > SYSTEM INFORMATION.

If your system is exactly that one you just posted, there's no video card. We have to assume that you HAVE one and have forgotten what it is or didn't include it, but please do post the WHOLE list of your specs as found in System Info above.

Sorry I haven't updated. Oddly enough, everything started working accordingly the day after I posted my issue....so weird. Not sure what the problem was because I didn't do anything differently or change a thing. I'm going to assume it was a glitch of some kind because after reading some reviews about this game from others some were having the same issue. I appreciate those who were trying to help me. It's great to know there are people out there taking the time out to help others. :)
