Cant add free game to steam acc
I have 2 steam accounts and neither one of them can add the game "EVE Online: Starter Pack", which is currently free an error message appears saying something like "OOPS, SORRY!
An error was encountered while processing your request:

There was a problem adding this product to your Steam account."
I read about it and some1 mentioned Family share, altho i never used it i decided to enable and disable it and it did nothing? Any help?

Add the base game first...
