I think my internet is blocking steam

I can't connect steam by Ethernet or wifi, not in client or web browser, the store takes like 5 minutes to load and it doesn't load completely, I can't even use steam on other computers or cellphone on wifi, but if I change my cellphone to mobile data instead of my home wifi I can connect fine to steam thru web app or steam app, please someone help me.

Btw I can't get into any steam related page.

Idk, try restarting router or using flushdns command and hanging ur dns server to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 also try in browser instead of steam client

I already did the ipconfig /flushdns didn't work and I just checked my internet speed I'm getting 96Mbps/9.7Mbps every other website is working fine, I'm only having problems with steam

Has this happened before at your location? Or is this something completely new? Are you at a college or other shared-internet space?

This is completely new, I was using steam fine last night. Is my private internet on my home, I'm the only user.
By the way I just tried to play rocket league and it work just fine as always but can't play csgo because I need steam log on and it doesn't connect to steam
