How if 1 st of january not possible with Vista

How i used??!
Vista support has been dropped with the start of the year. The Steam client no longer works under Vista and requires at least Windows 7.
Time to get a less ancient OS.

This is by design and can not be fixed due to Chromium.

Vista and XP Support ended early this year.

In order to continue to use Steam you must upgrade to at least Windows 7 or higher.

Windows 7 Support by Microsoft ends later this year. Given how XP / Vista support ended in 2014, we can probably expect Valve to support Steam for Windows 7 until 2024, give or take a bit, and WIndows 8.1 will likely die with 7.

You're long-term options for continued use of Steam are either to move to WIndows 10, or to a Linux Based Operating System (Valve officially Supports Ubuntu).

Most older games will typically work on both Windows 10 and Linux, and newer games, so long as they do not have DRM or anti-cheat, will likely work on both as well, either as a native Windows Title or they will work on Linux through Steam's Proton tool, or Lutris for non-Steam titles.

Outside of Windows 10 or Linux, you really don't have that many options for continued use of Steam. If you could find your games on GOG that would also be an option as GOG lets you download a game without a client like Steam, but they may or may not have the ones you want there, and you'd have to re-buy them over there.
Thanks guys all answers
You can use Windows 10, unactivated. You just lost some personalization options.
