How do I upload a video?
Now before you say link your youtube account, I don't have one, and I want to upload a video STRAIGHT from my pc.

The only option I see is uploading it to your Youtube and linking it with Steam.

The "Add videos from YouTube" button on your Steam profiles video page should be enough self explanation for the account linking process to Youtube.

You can't upload straight from PC to Steam or Steam profile.
If you want to add a video to a Steam comment box you can either upload it to online storage and share the link to it paste into comment, or get a youtube free account upload to youtube get a sharable link paste into comment box.
Or as mentioned upload to youtube then in your profile open videos on the right Link youtube account. Log into youtube then a Steam video list appears you tick the video you want to link select the game then add. Your done now it's in your profile videos.

It was broken for a little bit, but they got it up and working again. I made a tutorial before it broke, but the tutorial works now that Steam has its video posting up and running again.
