amd radeon r5 m430 screen card low fps problem
i have r5 m430 screen card i didnt make my amd radeon settings. Anyone can help me ? via teamviewer or screenshots. I playing cs go and lol but maximum i have 15-20 fps and 130 ping.

The r5 m430 is a really low end card.

Get a better card. That one will not handle what you are trying to do with it.
