RGB fans only showing blue
my 3rd fans is showing blue very weak, is the led broken?

They may need to be checked and recalibrated.

Or they've simply been programmed to display that one colour only.

no i have the Masterbox MB530P the lights of the fans are flickering blue and it goes as followed: fan 1= strong blue, fan 2= weaker blue and fan= is really weak blue. its a brand new case. its connected with a splitter to the frontpanel. you can adjust the colors but only the powerbuttons rgb works

My point is you may need to check everything, not whether you have a Masterbox or not.
