Steam PC Café Program - Commercial Site License

Hello Everyone,

I have been reading all about the current PC Cafe program, but I could not find conclusive answer for my question, mainly because the forums I browsed had been created years ago and do not necessarily are in coherence with the current policy and commercial site licence.

If I understand correctly, I can get to register my company with a commercial site licence and purchase the games through Steam (per game per licence) and I would have no further charges or subscription to pay? According some older blogs and posts I should be paying further costs on a monthly basis per licence per game. Could anyone please clarify this part? I could not find anything on the Steam PC Cafe Program page.

Furthermore I read a post (2 or 3 years old) about the games being more expense with this licence.

Also is there any reason why a company should not get this licence? I went through the requirements for registering as such and only found the necessary documentations to be submitted.

I'm looking into the Steam PC Cafe program as well, and as far as I can tell there is no charge for the program, just for games purchased within the program. These are the links I've been reading:

If I have do events or corporate engagements where I should go to someone's location and setup my PC or VR systems, is it covered in Steam License program?

Hello everyone,

I have been also reading all about the current Steam PC Café program and I have some questions:

1. I`m from Republic of n Macedonia, can I become user Steam PC Café?

2. First players will log in to their steam accounts and than they will be able to play the games that I have purchased as owner of Steam PC Café.

But will they be able to save their progress thru the game and also will they save their achievements? For the next time they log in to their accounts to continue from where they left off in the game before, although they have not personally purchased the game.
