Discord - How to Deafen while PTT Active

Does anyone know how to make Discord silence all incoming voices when I'm holding my push to talk button? My headset broke and I'd rather not buy a new headset if there's another solution.

I have attenuation set to 100% so it mutes all sounds for external applications when my push to talk button is pressed. The problem though is when other people in the same discord channel talk at the same time, their voices echo back through my microphone. It is understandably annoying for them, so I'm trying to find a solution that doesn't require me to use a headset.

Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a Push to Deafen option under key binds.

I was wondering if any smart folks out there might know of such a solution.

Feedback noise is from your speakers being too close to the microphone.
Maybe reducing the recording level for mic or reduce the playback volume for speakers or move mic further away from speakers.
Use a noise cancelling microphone
