steam website browser bug / glitch

there maybe a glitch in steam website because my account is telling me im playing a game when im not it only on pages with geonames org on it like the community stuff / going to my profile and it only on the steam website. steam phone app / steam pc app work fine. it like this [ install steam ] then the messige icon steam account name them my profile icon light bar with should be blue but it green now

I have the same problem, top right Avatar is green for the last 2 days, tried to restart my PC, but it's still green with no games running.

this is on the steam website and not on the steam Application / phone app right

Thanks Mslasty, but it didn't work. It's on the Web page, when I go to the store front, it's Blue, but when I'm on my Profile and in Activity and other's Profile, it's Green :(

what we are talking about msiasty is the steam website were you go to download steam.exe from

Ye, the app and steampowered are fine. Steamcommunity however shows the top right in green, even on my profile page where the rest is blue as intended.

Edit for very helpful people:

No, it doesn't help. I exited and rebooted the app. I logged out and back into my account both with the app and in my browser. I signed out of friends for a moment. I rebooted my pc. I even booted up and quit a few games to see if that makes any difference.
The only thing that does anything to the account pic in the top right is going invisible or offline. Otherwise it's green on steamcommunity pages.
