Hello, I have a problem. Steam games when installing Microsoft DirectX on Steam, the installer turns off and the game does not start. This problem appears with every game on this platform, and it does not appear outside of it. Will this somehow be omitted so that the installation is successful and the game is launched?

search in your computer dxdiag and see which version of direct x you running and when you try to play a game check which version is recommending

I have version X 12.0 and the game CS: GO I need X 9.0, I do not know if the installation game has a problem with adding dX9.0 files

well i have that version too and when i run the game it works fine! can you check your system logs?

head to start and use the search area and type "event viewer" once in there double click on Windows Logs in the left sidebar, then click on System. Right click on System and choose Filter Current Log.

no problems were detected

are you using windows 10 because windows 10 is known to have these annoying issue?
