Resident Evil 2 Remake doesn't show that I play it (just online) and also no achievements and no cards earned.
I am a bit confused because only this game doesn't show on steam that i am "playing" also I don't see the achievement list for this game in my game library. I tried to find if someone has these issues and without luck. Is anybody here with the same problem or maybe someone could help me? Tried to reinstall it of course and my profile settings are public.

Are you using a VPN to play it?

There is a thread about this in the game forum: https://steamcommunity.com/app/883710/discussions/1/1743358239841823587/

That's why then. You'll need to wait 90 days before achievements work properly. In future don't break the Steam terms of service when activating games.

Well technically I could tell my dad to activate it for me in russia :P he works there. But for convenience I did it with vpn. If I buy it in russia and activate it there on my computer. I still do have rights to play the game in other countries where I live.
Could you show me the source of your information?

1. Asking your dad to activate games for you is account sharing, It can and will get you banned.

2. Activating games using a VPN is in breach of your contract with Steam. It can and will get you banned.

3. I have no source for my information except experience. Your game will start functioning like any other game, 90 days after it was activated.

https://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/ > 3.A.

You agree that you will not use IP proxying or other methods to disguise the place of your residence, whether to circumvent geographical restrictions on game content, to purchase at pricing not applicable to your geography, or for any other purpose. If you do this, Valve may terminate your access to your Account.

Family sharing will get me banned? My dad can use my steam account on his computer. You can use your account on 5 different computers and one of them is in russia. I travel to russia a lot I even have Russian passport. I just did not want to bother my dad at the time. I know I can not use VPN. It's just the outcome would be the same.

Family sharing and account sharing is not the same thing. Family sharing is a feature that allows family members to play your games on their account.

Allowing anyone access to your Steam account is against the rules.
