"Launch Game" instead of join
Ever since the new overlay came out I can't join games anymore. The option is replaced with launch game on every multiplayer game (when joining friends). Any fix?

Showing a picture of the problem might help me solve the issue. Right now im thinking it's your friends privacy settings stopping you from joining him. Depending on where your friend is in the game. Maybe your friend is in the menus or a full server? What game are you talking about? Multiple factors come into play.

Every game with the steam server. Mainly games like payday and terraria.
I can't invite other players either.
My friends privacy is not an issue.
They were in the game in a position in which I could join them if launch game was not the option.
