Please fix the UGLY AS SIN white pillarboxing when viewing broadcasts.

Defect:
The recent updates to the steam broadcast feature has broken things in a horrible horrible way.
White pillarboxing blinds the eyes while black bars top and bottom taunt the viewer mercilessly.

How to reproduce:
The issue occurs any time the broadcaster has a screen wider than 16:9 aspect ratio and the viewer has the same aspect ratio.

Example:
1. Broadcaster is streaming in 21:9, viewer is also using a 21:9 display

Expected Result:
Viewer is able to watch the broadcast in glorious fullscreen mode. No pillarboxing. No black bars.

Actual Result:
Viewer sees a tiny video in the center of their screen, with blinding white pillarboxing and black bars top and bottom.



Please fix this atrocity. It looked fine not long ago, correctly filling the screen.
If you do not think it worth the time to fix that, PLEASE at least make the pillarboxing black so we don't go blind.
