(Fixed?) "Failure to start game with shared content. Please update these games first: Steamworks Common Redistributables" error for multiple games
So after all the games on steam updated I was playing Dead by Daylight for a while but when I tried to play Deep Rock Galactic it gave me the error: "Failure to start game with shared content. Please update these games first: " and then a bunch of numbers afterwards.

After clearing my download cache, verifying the integrity of my game files and library files, fixing library files, and restarting my computer after each step I got the same error but with different numbers after it and it ended with me now having the error in the title.

The problem is it isn't just 1 or 2 games but many games in my library just not all of them, for example it gives me the same error if I try Doom, Enter the Gungeon, Dead by Daylight, and Deep Rock Galactic; but Battlevoid: Harbringer and Into the Breach do work perfectly fine.

I haven't tried all my games yet but I can if necessary I just wanted to see if anyone has any idea how to fix this.

There is a solution called Setx PATH, but that solution has already been abused so much by the Windows system, that it is too close to the 1024 chars limit. So adding a PATH via the Setx function could be very dangerous, and I do not recommend it.

A secondary solution would be an exception trap being set up by Steam in a semi-permanent overlay file, that handles Redistributables Load, Calls and Teminate, included in the Steam start-up.

But that is for Steam to decide how it will implement the solution.
same for me.
i have the same problem with Metal Gear Solid V : Ground Zeroes, Mad Max and Doom Demo, i have no idea why this is happening
