BF4 Cpu lag spikes

I recently bought bf4 for my pc. And i these lag spikes started to happen. This is the same as BFV and i thought it was just because it was BFV. I'm pretty sure my setup is good enough to run these games as i am getting over 100 fps on ultra for BF4 but lag spikes happen. using the perfgraph command i can see that it's my cpu's fault. No other game lags just these two games.
It is usually the yellow is higher than the green.

So the cpu would be off the screen where the gpu will hit halfway or so.

Specs
AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
16 GB ram
Windows 10

It may very well be your drive which is cousing these freezes.

It can also be caused by the motherboard or RAM but most commonly these issues are caused by a deffective HDD or SSD.

I recently got a new HDD and it is installed on that. Ill try and move it to my other HDD. I do have a SSD but its for my OS.

Still the same problem. Its different tho. Gpu is higher then cpu then cpu is gpu it changes between both ....

may be something in the background
check startup items and disable anything un-necessary
and run mbam in safe mode to check for malware

Hmm seems like unparking my cores has helped. Ill have 2 do further testing tho.

Mostly everything is disabled even my anti virus on one test. But nothing seemed 2 work. Its just the battlefield games aswell no other game as this problem to my knowledge. Dam EA/dice
