Friend got hacked.

so my friend got hacked and lost his account. we'll he recovered it now but the games he didn't have installed are gone. the ones he still has seems to be playable. he hasn't tried. can someone explain this and how to fix this?

Check licenses and purchase history for the games.

it says he doesen't have the game also his account got reverted to the start. lvl 1 no puchases on the account. still needs the 5dollars to unlock the market.

Log into the correct account that owns the games in question.

When he tried to recover the account that's the account he logged into. he can't log into the One that has all the games. also the account he is on has the games which is not the account he purchased onto.

If he is not on the account that purchased the games, then he is not going to have access to the purchased games.

Then he needs to contact steam support regarding the account that he's actually having the issues with.
