How to fix 95% of game crashes (Nvidia Users)
Hello Nvidia users, Iv been reading that some of you guys are experiencing crashing and other BS on AC Odyssey, Origins and RB6 and blaming the devs for releasing retarded s**t-shows.

The Fix: Goto Nvidia panel. Manage 3D, Set Virtual and Maximum Pre rendered frames to 3. Click apply and launch your game.

P.S: 5% of the BS is Win10, thanks to their creators update.

3 pre-rendered frames in VR defeats the whole purpose of VR.
What comes to the rest - idk, r u sure that has anything to do with the queue size of CPU>>GPU? Just can't imagine how in the world they could've screw up such a simple working thing.

* Stop overloading your GPU by uninstalling any software for GPU overclocking.
* uninstall then reinstall nvidia GPU drive (418.81)
* Run your GPU as it is without OC application.
* Problem solved

Oh, there's also a one-step fix for NVidia game crashes. Beware!
1. Buy AMD.

Or do what I suggested. Takes only a minute.

However those are things I'd do if my method doesn't work

No way

Whenever I see gpu related problems, it's always go to nvidia control panel for this and that. Very rarely can I see somebody mentioning Adrenalin.
Do nvidia have so much problems?

Maybe when Radeon finally unleashes Navi upon the world. Maybe.

Radeon VII is just as much as a flop as Vega.

Not really. You'll see more Nvidia users because they make up the majority of users, at least on Steam.
Nvidia still tends to have better drivers than AMD and more support in games, so in most cases, they perform better than AMD cards nowadays. The only exception is lower-end spectrum ending with the RX 580 - which performs pretty much exactly equal to the 1060. It's when you go above that when AMD bites the dust.

Or overclock with proper testing so it's stable :)

Believe me Monk, you do not need to overclock and/or overload your GPU, especially RTX 2080 Ti, for more stable performance.

Overclocking is never about need... It's desire for the maximum potential. You don't need to overclock anything, but we do it anyway when cooling is sufficient enough to handle it.

Enjoy high FPS with crashing in game.

It only crashes if the overclock is unstable... My OC hasn't failed. Not my fault if you don't know how to overclock your GPU.

For the performance and power requirements I agree.

I thought lower fab process = less needed power seems 7nm is just a bloke

I love made up percentages and one size fits all solutions... it's always so optimistic and absolutely ignorant.
