I have no idea what a tailored bundle is. It's just Vermintide and all DLC, there's tons of bundles just like that, how is this one any different?
Might be the workaround, altough the discount is slightly smaller for some reason. Steam is crazy sometimes...
And I still don't understand why it's disallowed for gifting, but anyway, no point in complaining. I doubt they'll change. I did as you suggested and got all the items individually. Thanks!
It's personalized for YOU, based on what YOU own. Imagine if this kind of bundles were giftable and you owned the base game, for example. Your friend would only get the DLC and therefor wouldn't be able to play it at all.
That's rubbish. If you want to gift a tailored bundle, the bundle would obviously have to be tailored for the destination account. Especially nowadays, where we don't have gift items anymore, that's kind of trivial -- although it does need some work for two reasons
a) by the time you put it into the cart, the receiving account isn't known yet
b) it might cause privacy concerns
However, both of these issues can be solved, if Valve wanted to.
