Can you redeem a Steam code from the web? (no wallet code)

Hello.
I got a Steam code for the game Hue as a gift after purchasing something in a website.
I am trying to find a way to redeem this code but have not found a way to do it. The only place I can find to redeem codes (from the Steam website, as I don't have the Steam app installed here where I am now) is here but this appears to be only for Steam wallet codes (to add money to your Steam account): https://store.steampowered.com/account/redeemwalletcode. When I put the code there I get "The Steam Wallet code you have entered is invalid. Please carefully verify the characters as you re-enter the code".
Help is appreciated.
