Go to the store page and look to the bottom right of the banner up top. There should be a red envelope. Open it to get a free 4,000 tokens and buy the gold profile item.

Gives upto 5000 tokens base on upto a year as far as I can tell how much you spent on Steam.

It's 4000 tokens to get the gold profile, and name, that last for a week.
